Certificates and Approvals

The Gabonese State, through decrees and laws, organizes and regulates our activity, with the aim of ensuring the general health and safety rules in the workplace on the one hand (Decree no. 01494/PR/MTEPS of 29 December 2011) ; and on the other hand, to ensure the preservation of the environment (Environmental Code, Law No. 16/93 of 26 August 1993).

In addition, the General Management of Hydrocarbons issues every three years an “Administrative Approval to the Transport of Petroleum Products” in application of the decree no. 13001/MPERH/MEEDD/MPITHTAT of 06 February 2013, setting the conditions for granting, renewal, suspension and withdrawal of said authorization.
